Question about digital microsoft gift card

Those cards are automatically deposited into your account. When you make a purchase through Xbox or the Microsoft store, you would choose your Microsoft account balance as your payment method in order to use the funds from the card .

If you are purchasing devices like Xbox console, surface pro they are limited to being used for them.

If you will be mainly using these on an Xbox console, then the Xbox gift card is perfect.

Their purpose is the same, although if you play on PC it's much better to get a Microsoft gift card in your case.

Yes, of course you can. You just need to confirm the purchase. A box will display, advising that the rest of cost will be paid for using the card you have on file. When I pre-ordered Fallout 4, I split the payment between the money in my account and my
