Question about digital downloads

If I bought rocksmith 2014 from the xbox 360 marketplace, will I get to download it on my xbox one without no additional charges?

Please help me out. It took me like 10 minutes to find this section.

Yes if you pre-order the DD.

 

It varies Game to Game. Its kinda really stupid. For example, buy BF4 on the 360 and you could get BF4 on the X1 with no additional cost. Buy the X1 version of BF4 and you do not get the 360 version without paying for that copy.

General rule of thumb, unless it states specificaly, no you do not get both versions.

 

I'm a spanish guy and if i write something that you don't understand i'm sorry. I personaly think that microsoft the don't know how to make the xbox one a succeful console, i'm super mad because with been online always to play digital games i don't like
that, one of my friend have my home xbox and i buy games to play with him, but what i don't like is i can't play games offline, it feel pain in my *** because i buy zombie army trilogy and i try to play it offline mode i was like wtf whyyyy i can't play it
and when i look online it sayd that i have to be online to play it. Hey phil i hope you understand how i feel about this, i would like to see the license of 360 be on xbox one. i hope what i'm saying answer me because i'm saying this because sometimes i don't
have money to pay for internet thats why im complaining about digital games to be always online.

 

^^ I hope this doesn't sound too arrogant, but if you don't have the money to pay for Internet, perhaps purchasing a 400 dollar console wasn't the best use of funds.

Also, Zombie Army Trilogy wasn't made by MS/Xbox, so if it has to be played online-only, that wasn't their decision.

Lastly, you can play the Xbox One offline for most games, you just have to set the console up to be in "Offline Mode".

If you set your console to be the 'Home' console, then yes, digital downloads will work offline.

 

That what i don't like, becauese on 360 that not happen.

 

The 360 works the same way except it's not called a Home setting. If you're on a console that does not have your console licenses, you cannot play offline.
