Question about becoming an Xbox Ambassador

Hello! I recently tried signing up to become an Xbox ambassador and was given the access denied page saying that I was removed from the program even though I’ve never been apart of it before. Unless this is just the standard page saying I have been denied basically. Regardless, I don’t understand what could be preventing me from being able to join; since the last enforcement I received on my account was around 2017, I met the gamer score requirement, and have no history on the ambassador forums. If someone could help me understand, or direct me somewhere to understand, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

I've always questioned the rewards for the ambassador program; while great, it's become obvious why they're also not. People often become ambassadors for the wrong reasons and end up making the program look bad in the process.
