Accessing the higher ring levels in the Insider program requires you actively participate in the provided Insider Hub "quests", submit regular feedback and bug reports, fill out surveys and polls, and use your console
often.

In this program, the most dedicated users to the Insider Hub will be able to access the Alpha and Beta rings, which get them the privilege of bug-testing the cutting-edge feature implementations first.

My name is Ezequiel I'm an Independent Consultant. In order for you to have the betas you need to be part of Xbox Insiders, to sign up for the program it's very simple. Becoming an Xbox Insider is as easy as downloading the Xbox Insider Hub app on your Xbox or Windows device.
To get started with an Xbox console:
Go to Store from Home or select Store from the dashboard.
Select Search.
Enter Insider in the box, then select Xbox Insider Bundle.
Select Get or Install. This will install the Xbox Insider Hub and Report a Problem app.
To start using a Windows device:
Click the Start button , type store, then select Microsoft Store.
Select Search, enter insider in the box, then select Xbox Insider Hub.
Select Get or Install.

Because of overwhelming response and limited space, we’re not currently offering a way to invite friends to the Xbox One Update Preview. We’ll let Insiders know if this changes in the future.

Note If you previously participated in the Xbox Preview Program, you can rejoin the Xbox One Update Preview at any time by selecting it from the
Insider content list in the Xbox Insider Hub.
