Question about account plans.

This is kind of involved so I'll try to explain it well enough but if I don't feel free to ask me stuff. Ok, I had an account with Xbox for years, before game pass. When game pass came out for $9.99 I got it and all was good. Then they changed things to game pass core, which seemed to not really affect me, I think. I still had the $9.99 a month plus the big bill once a year.

Now with all that said, on to the problem. Friday xbox stopped me from play game pass games and it turned out my back account had no funds. So, I put money in my back account and try to play, no luck. They wanted me to update my card info, it the same info so I put that in, still nothing.

My friend suggest that I delete my game past core and resign up, so I did. I could not make a new game pass core account, xbox kept tell me to update my card info so I moved on. I saw xbox game pass stander and it looked fine, so I got it. Well, I stared being able to play game again but I now can't do the game pass weekly streak, monthly 4 pack of monthly 8 pack. On top of that I went to play Diablo 4 (played before) and it's now telling me to buy the game to play.

What happened, did I mess something up?

When you add Ultimate to Standard, it will convert what you already have to Ultimate.

Ultimate would replace it, but you would see an initial temporary charge confirming the card

The parts that you're missing are included with Game Pass Ultimate. It sounds like you may have been mistakenly paying for 2 different subscriptions before or cancelled the Ultimate subscription.

Hey, thanks for replying, do you know if I upgrade too ultimate would that take over Game Pass Stander? i don't want to pay 14:99 a month along with 19:99 a month.

kind of another question, i have enough reward points to get the one-month free Game Pass Ultimate or 3 months of Game Pass Core. After the free time what happens? Dose Xbox start billing my bank account or do they just stop my access?

It's not quite like that, CavScout 00. DLC includes two licenses; the license for the owner, and another license for the console originally downloaded to (and it can be moved 3x/yr to another console with License Transfer).
If you buy it, you can run it on any console... plus anyone on the console it was downloaded to can also use it.
