Question about a failed refund

Hello there,

I aksed for a refund of a digital game purchase on 24th of July and received an email saying that the money will be returned to my account soon. However, 3 days later, the order history paged showed that the refund somewhat failed. I’ve contacted support
service multiple times since then, and they told me they were looking into this issue and were escalating it to the advocacy team specializing in account-related problems. Now, a cool month has passed and there is still no response from support staff whatsoever.
To rule out any other possible problems, I phoned my bank and had them check my bank account and they reported that nothing went wrong. I’m a bit hopeless now, but it seems the only thing I can do is wait indefinitely. Any idea what might have caused the problem
and what further actions I am supposed to take? Thanks.
