    Go to the Support site and request Contact Us. For the options, choose "Payments & billing" and "I don't recognize a charge", and you'll get information on how to request
    a callback. An agent will call you at no charge and assist you, so you don't have to sit on hold.

    It is always wise to drain your battery before charging it again, as it will allow you to gain the most out of using your battery pack! If you want you can charge it when ever you want to, it will not per say, give you any negative effects or lessen your
    gaming experience.

    Listen to what your manual says though. You may be experience funky charging sessions because it may take 3 to 5 full charging sessions to let the battery reach full charging capability. It is normal, not extraterrestrial. :D

    Yes but supposedly it takes 8 hours to charge but i have found it to be less. Definitely the best buy for a gamer who plays often.
