Question about 50,000 rewards points.

I've been a rewards member since 2012 I bought my Xbox one console when the titanfall bundle was released I made it my home console the day I bought it. And I just recently found out you were giving consumer's 50,000 rewards points for doing so and I never
received any kind of reward for doing so did something go wrong or was I unnoticed? considering I paid over $600 for the console and one controller I feel entitled to the reward that was offered at the time I purchased my console. How do I go about receiving
the long over due rewards credit? or am I screwed due to me just now hearing about this offer?

Thanks for the clarification, TheLostBoy1! The email that was sent was specifically for the 50,000 Rewards points. The £50 promotion was sent to users on their Xbox 360 dashboard, and is not related. You will want to post up in our
Rewards Support forums about the 50,000 Rewards points. The Rewards points should be deposited in your account on 11/15/2014 for this promotion, so please hold off on posting until after that date.

In order to qualify, the purchase has to be made during the offer period which started on September 27. So if your purchase was made before that, then it is not eligible.
