    Quest reward issues


    I have not been receiving my quest rewards. I have completed 4 quests (Oct., Oct game pass, Nov, and Dec.) And I have only received awards for one of these four quests, despite reading the terms and conditions carefully and exceeding the minimum requirements.

    I have been referred here by rewards. Customer service referred me to them.

    Quest not working

    Quests and Xbox Rewards are 2 separate things. If you're having issues with quests, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions forum. If you're having issues with the Xbox Rewards program, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.
    You'll also want to post more details of the issue you are having in order to receive proper assistance.

    i haven't received my Xbox Live Rewards & Game Pass Quest Rewards

    i still haven't received my rewards for completing the Live Quest Rewards & Game Pass Quest Rewards from December & January Quest rewards yet & today is March 1st

    Xbox Gold Quests for September 2018 rewards not received.

    This wasn't a Microsoft Rewards issue, it was an Xbox Live Gold Quests thing. Not related to MS Rewards.

    Quests and Xbox Rewards are 2 separate things. If you're having issues with quests, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions forum. If you're having issues with the Xbox Rewards program, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.
    You'll also want to post more details of the issue you are having in order to receive proper assistance.

    Support gets the 2 forums confused. Since quests are not a Rewards program issue, Rewards support will not be able to assist.
