Quest for gamerscore not posting

My son is trying to complete his May quests. His “add friends” is at 100%, his “achievements” is at 100%, but his “increase gamerscore” is stuck at 57%. He has been increasing his gamerscore (13,600 up to 14,200) but quest is still showing 57%. Is this a
different gamerscore? How can he complete this quest? Thank you!

Xbox Game pass reward not given

If you have already received 1 Month of Xbox Live Gold, it sounds like you are set for that month's quest. Just to clarify, when did you receive that reward, and which specific quest are you posting in regards to? If you are posting
in regards to December quests, those codes have not started sending out yet. December quest rewards will deliver in waves by the end of January.

I have the same Problem. The Quest is activ, but Count no Gamerscore. I hope till I get the 500 Points, I can activate the Quest

I tend to do the quests to play games i would normally overlook and getting microsoft points and adding to my gamerscore is a bonus.

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one! I love the Game Pass mobile app with quests. Gives me a reason to go check out new games and then benefit in two ways - Rewards points and gamerscore!

That's strange... I don't even have any quests on my Insider... Must of bugged out as usual!

Could you post photos of those Achievements so we can confirm your account completed these steps?

I earned 300 gamerscore in Shadow Warrior during the month of February. Xbox is supposed to be tracking my progress on the quests right? I've had to post here in the forums almost every month because I don't receive the reward despite completing the quests.
