Quantum Break Win 10 Code

I recently got the windows 10 code in my xbox messages and when I tried to redeem it today it gave me an error saying that it has already been used.

I checked in my purchase history and it is not there. I thought these codes were tied to my account.

I buyed quantom break for my xbox one, but dont got my pc code. What can i do now? How i can get my pc code i want to play the game on my pc when my wife is stalking me to get the tv for herself?!

 

@Dena: Hey. Thanks for the reply. However, as I said the error comes at the time of trying to redeeming the code. The error being 'This code has already been redeemed'

 

Cheers Wizard, could I confirm you are trying to download through the windows store (per the instructions I linked)? and that it is not in your download queue in the windows store on your PC?

When I redeemed my code, it was through a totally different website, and was automatically put into my download queue in the windows store app on the PC

 

I get the error of the code having been already used when i try to redeem. The game is not showing on my account. I think the code is broken. As per the instructions i went to commerce.microsoft.com to redeem the code.

 

Can i please get a replacement code? Nothing is working
