    Quantum Break preorder


    Hi,

    Support has recommended I post here.

    I preordered quantum break through Amazon when it was available, and them was announced Alan Wake would be the bonus. I've now been told by Amazon it's been changed to Kameo. I have this on the 360, have it with rare replay and now will get it again. I don't
    need it three times. Support have also said maybe by posting on here the game could be changed and the good people here can help to do this.

    Hello,

    You would need to reach out to Amazon Support about this. They are not the only retailer doing this - the reason often cited being that Alan Wake's age rating is higher than Quantum Break's. What some retailers are doing is that if you can prove your age
    you will get the original pre-order bonus, but this is up to them and they are the ones you need to contact.

    I pre ordered quantum break and did not receive my Alan Wake American Nightmare bonus and and i waited 7-10 days. I pre ordered through microsoft store and it said you will receive bonus.

    If you ore-ordered the game through a physical retail store you'll need to get in contact with them. They'll be able to best help out Quantum Break preorder :)
