its past the 10 days since i preordered this game and still no codes! xbox you took my money, i want my codes! if u just wanted you average 6/10 game i would have waited for a sale...

finally a bit of honesty, thank you sir. you dont know when we will recieve codes. if mc would just admit that out right instead of taking 0 responsibilty i would accept that. its fine if ur having technical difficulties i understand that. just commit to
a honest answer to my our complaints.

mc could learn a thing or two from your reply to my complaint. it was direct and honest.

there are hundreds of peolple still waiting for theres! HUNDEREDS! xbox takes our money and but doesnts take responsibility! i have been with your company for a decade and 5 years online! screw this i will take my cash elseware where it will be more appriciiated

Hey there, Support is investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

found out why my post was removed. i threated legal action. no suprise microsoft cares about money first and it doesnt give a hoot about the people who have stayed loyal despite the one being a failiur. well my money is going elsewhere i think. maybe ill
buy a better console from the lawsuit im filing against you.

we know which console im talking about here... (cough, ps4)

Maybe be a little more specific.

1. Did you receive the game itself?

2. Assuming you did, you're just expecting your BONUS codes.

3. If this is the case, you do realize that you're not going to get these right away right? I mean, they are BONUS codes after all.

Read This:

These codes will also be sent out in waves, and are also available to anyone who purchases Quantum Break between April 5, 2016, and July 7, 2016. If you pre-ordered Quantum Break, you’ll receive your codes within a couple of weeks of game launch. If you
purchase Quantum Break between April 5, 2016, and July 7, 2016,
you’ll receive your code within a couple of weeks of purchase.

So, just be patient, you might be getting it some time soon. Also, threatening XBOX with legal action is like challenging Michael Jackson to a moonwalk battle. It will not go in your favor. Just be patient.
