Quantum Break PC/Preorder Codes Not Working

I purchased the QB bundle and part of the deal was that I would receive the Alan Wakes and QB PC via Xbox Messaging after I redeem the game code.

The game code was redeemed and I did get the other codes in a message which I never got around to using as I have been busy and travelling. I tried to redeem one of the codes for AW Nightmare today and get a error saying they have been redeemed.

I immediately contacted Support and they asked me to post here as part of the process before my codes are replaced.

Still Never received my Preorder codes from Quantum Break!!!

My GT: , I preorder Quantum Break back on April 4th 2016 and still never received my preorder code for Alan Wake American Nightmare or My Win 10 PC code of Quantum Break

Sorry to hear about the issue. If you already redeemed the code for Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you will be able to find the game in your Xbox One console's 'Ready to Install' list. To find that, follow these steps beginning from your Xbox One dashboard:

• Navigate to 'My Games & Apps' on the right side of the screen
• Scroll down to 'Ready to Install'
• Select the game tile and install to desired location

If you don't see the game listed, you can try to
Remove Your Xbox Live account from your console,
Power Cycle your Xbox One, then re-add your account and then check for the game in the steps above.

Please ensure that your Xbox One account matches your physical location for optimal Xbox Live experience.

The codes have not been redeemed by my and the Support Rep said that the codes could be bad & I should post here to have this matter resolved.

 

Sorry.... part of my message never went thru after I hit send.

I did not redeem the bonus codes but they seem to have already been redeemed (not by me). No one has access to my logins, console etc so there is no reason why they are already used. The CS rep on chat over a month ago asked me to post in here and also
said she would mail me replacement codes. I was reassured that this would be fixed in a matter of weeks but one month later...No Mail

I contacted CS again earlier and was asked to post in here again... I am very disappointed.

Are there any other Xbox Live accounts on your Xbox One console that may have accidentally been redeemed on? Or is your Xbox Live account on a friend's Xbox One where they may have been accidentally redeemed?

Yes there are but none have redeemed them or have been used in years. I am sure you can easily verify if they have been used.
