quantum break pc code not receive

the support customer told me to post here for make my order more faster. the customer support promise me i have my code the 15 april before midnight but still nothing and when i speak with the support service they can do nothing about my problem ,so to
solve the problem they sent me here to speak about my problem. I never see that . so maybe here someone can find an issue to solve my problem because i preinstal my game the 4 april like microsoft said but still nothing.

I preordered Quantum Break Digital download on my Xbox One and never received any codes.

Did not receive Alan Wake & American Nightmare for PC/Xbox or the Quantum Break code for PC.

Hi! I bought console 04.04.16 with code for Quantum Break. I registered code in Xbox Live 04.04.16 so before premiere of the game and start download. I have not receive code for Pc Version? When I receive that code? Sorry for my engslish For
my knowledge every person who bought Quantum Break before premiere wil receive also code for PC Version.
