Quantum Break Free Windows 10 Code missing

I preordered Quantum Break for the xBox One on Feb 11th and was supposed to receive a code to get the windows 10 version for free. To this point I have not received them. MS support has been less than helpful up to this point. The first two times I called
in I was told to call back in a week. The third time the support agent told me that MS was not responsible for sending out codes and I should contact the developer as they were the ones handing them out. Of course the pointed me back to MS. Finally today
a MS Chat rep pointed me here.

I am really hoping this can get resolved properly now.

I am as well still missing Quantum Break Windows 10 code as well as any Alan Wake codes.

 

Quantum Break Pre-Load code bonus for Windows 10 Amazon

Hello guys. I bought Quantum Break Pre-Load digital code for XBox One on Amazon and I have not receive my Quantum Break Windows 10 digital code yet!

I bought Quantum Break Pre-Load digital code for XBox One on Amazon on April 4-th because Amazon said they will give me Quantum Break Windows 10 digital code. I redeemed the XBox One Quantum Break Pre-Load digital code on xbox.com on April 4-th. Today is
April 15-th and I have no Quantum Break Windows 10 digital code. I check my xbox.com account messages every day and there is no any message with my code.

I do not have XBox One or XBox 360 console, so I use xbox.com.

delete the messages containing your codes, please proceed to make a new thread here so we can assist you individually!

I preordered mine on Feb 11th the first day of the promotion and should be eligible for the code. but it still has not arrived. So I have made a new thread as they stated.

Just to clarify did you purchase the physical disc version of Quantum Break? Also, did you purchase Quantum Break from the Microsoft Store? If so, you will not be receiving a code for the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. For further details check out
