Quantum Break bonuses not received

Hello,

I called support and they directed me here.

I pre-ordered Quantum Break digitally thru my Xbox One and still haven't received some of the bonuses that I was supposed to receive. I only received 1 of the 5 items, Alan Wake: American Nightmare.

I'm still waiting on the following items

Alan Wake

The Signal (DLC for Alan Wake)

The Writer (DLC for Alan Wake)

Quantum Break for Windows 10

Is there anything I need to do to get this problem solved? I look forward to your reply.

Quantum Break pre-order bonuses have not been delivered

I have not received any pre order bonuses or codes from my Quantum Break pre order as well.

I would also like to say, I did ask if I should wait a little longer and the person I spoke to said I should post here just so it was known

You've received everything correctly so far. The PC code should go out sometime this week. All of the other codes will be sent 7-10 days after Quantum Break released (so 7-10 days from today).

forums.xbox.com/.../2143012.aspx, the codes should come within 7-10 business days after Launch. Hang tight I'm sure you'll get the rest
