    quake 4 crashes at start up on pc windows 11


    in january i had installed quake 4 on my pc windows 11 with my game pass and it worked but it installed in wrong directory so i suppressed the directory and only after that i unstalled the app.

    in april i decided to buy quake 4 and i installed it again without noticing where it installed.

    but this time, quake 4 crashes at startup, even after unstalling it and installing it again and even after many reboot.

    i have this log file, so what to do to correct the problem ? thanks.

    They They are calling it Doom not Doom 4. I wonder if they they are starting the series from scratch again. Would love an announcement of a new quake game. Loved quake 4 but quake wars was was a mess.
