AND AFTER SO MANY DAYS, I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY ALLEN WAKE CODS, NO Alan Wake (Signal/Writer DLC),NO AW: American Nightmare NEITHER THE PC CODE.

I'VE NOTICED THAT THERE'RE SOME OTHER PLAYER MEET THE SAME PROBLEM LIKE ME,SO I REALLY,REALLY HOPE THAT SOMEONE CAN HELP US SOLVE THIS.

QB pre order

The codes are being released in waves starting yesterday. I know digital pre-orders can be canceled by
official support prior to game launch but I don't think it works after release. Sorry.

7-10 day turn around times where not in the description until today. The developer even tweeted keys where released with the launch.

How is my logic flawed? Refund my pre order for xbox one so i can purchase for windows 10 instead of waiting 10 days, if not longer, after never receiving my gears of war code in a timely matter either. I'm sorry if this is above your mental compacity to
understand this.

 

As per the FAQ posted here
forums.xbox.com/.../2143012.aspx, the codes should come within 7-10 business days after Launch.

I DIDNT RECEIVED ANY CODE AFTER PURCHASE 7-10 DAYS.

AS YOU SEE, THE DAY I PURCHASE THE GAME WAS 13/2/2016, AND NOW, THE GAME WAS OFFICALLY LUNCHED.

AND I WILL CERTAINLY NOT DELETE ANY MESSAGE WITH THE CODE.
