    I moved to Qatar and want to pre Oder a game with Qatar currency, but when I want to change the region I can’t find Qatar what do I do.

    Hello Abdelrahman, unfortunately if the Qatar currency is not displayed in the system will not be able to buy the game, what you will have to do is buy the game in the region that was previously with the credit card you used or account balance

    You say that your regions are set to Qatar. Are you both actually in Qatar?
    Also, looking on the Xbox website, I can see that there is very few Xbox services available there. Consoles and online gameplay does not seem supported so perhaps that is part of your issue.

    I am pretty sure both accounts are set to Qatar region. And it says that the purchase was made on a different region. Is there a way to check which region it was made?
