PXN V10 not working

I got a pxn v10 steering wheel shifter and pedal for my xbox one, I used to have xbox one first generation and it worked with the wheel but after a month or 2 it stopped working, never worked since, pxn says it’s not compatible with first generation xbox one, so i bought an xbox one x(not series x) and it was working for like 5 minutes and then it doesn’t want to connect or work again, it’s making me so frustrated because I’ve had this wheel for so long and can’t even use it.

Hello Jays, I don't know if you've tried any procedure on your console, if you haven't tried it, follow the procedures below.

The first is a clear cache

1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

Do you want to use this wheel on Xbox, or PC?

This question is asked because this manufacturer (PXN) doesn't have the “Designed for Xbox” license on the wheel model you mentioned.

Please be aware, that any unofficial accessory will not be recognized by your console, and this may be the reason it doesn't work now. (Microsoft released an update for Xbox consoles restricting unofficial accessories)

However, if you play on PC, and this wheel model is officially supported by the game you are having problems with. I can suggest you to contact the wheel manufacturer support.

I have tried on both forza 4 and 5 and I connect it directly into the Xbox and I’m actually asking for a friend and he doesn’t have a pc near him

Let’s try to perform some possible solutions on your console while you can get access to a PC:

A. Perform a physical power cycle by disconnecting the power cable:

“Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important, Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.”

B. Perform a factory reset:

Go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset > select keep my games and apps.

The previous procedure is not going to remove your installed data, however, make sure to know the credentials for all the profiles registered on your console.
