    pvz2 for xbox one codes not working


    I pre-ordered the game. They sent one email with the code for the 10.00 credit. Then they sent another email with the code for the extra feautures emojis and some other stuff. Both of the codes they sent were the same. I didn't realize that right away. I
    put in the code for the 10.00 and used it toward another game. Then I put the code in to get the extra features and it said code used. The feautures are no there though.

    I purchased the game on 2/2. I received both codes on 2/24

    Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 Code issue

    So I pre-ordered PvZ2:GW and it came with a $10 gift code. Also, pre-ordering the game would give a code for Grass Effect Imp and the Z7-Mech variant plus the emoji pack, which includes 14 customization accessories.

    Now I received two emails. One w/ a code for the $10, one with a code for the in-game stuff. I entered the in-game stuff code to my xbox one and I got the $10! I looked at the $10 code and it was the same number!

    I've tried talking to the online and on-phone customer help but nothing has worked. I've tried clicking on the add-on section of my xbox one (as the help desk person suggested) but the in-game add-on costs $9.99 and doesnt come up as free for me.

    Has anyone experienced this issue and how do I get my in-game stuff?!?!

    I have a case number if anyone at Xbox can help.

    did you make sure that your controller is connected to the console you can connect a wireless controller by holding down the button on the front of the controller and also holding down the button to connect the controller to your xbox as well
