Putting together a competitive team...

Starting up a competitive team for Gears of War, Call of Duty, and Rainbow Six. I just want to find people who play to win and can listen to instructions. I'm looking forward to playing Gears until Call of Duty comes out. I will play that until the new Gears
or Rainbow Six (depending on how bad Judgement is from a competitive aspect).

Putting Together a Building Team

last night it kept us together-put some late joining party members in the squad even tho the other team was outnumbered-beats me, cept i never use quickmatch

My friends and I have had a lot of success doing the following - one of us falls back to main menu > Multiplayer > quick match > and there we invite players and get the squad together and join a match. Yeah, sometimes some players get put on the other team,
but it doesn't take too long before we can all get together.
