Put a New EA password on Xbox

That's odd. I even unlinked my Xbox account from one EA account to link to another and it worked fine.

Does clicking ''reset password'' take you to a page to change the EA account password?

Does this happen with the new EA account you created?

The site is definitely not secure, whatever it is. Super suspicious looking. I would advise you do not put your EA credentials into that form. If you already have, please change your EA password immediately.

i had trouble because i created a new ea password because i forgot it. told it to send e-mail to aol.com. turns out my original ea account was with aim. which is technically the same thing but i guess ea didn't see it that way. turns out i pretty much created
a whole new account that was unable to link to my gamertag because it was already linked to the aim account. i was told by support to dl fifa12 and go to the account management on the game(jsyk PRAMOD support robot was no help. just gave new ideas). i went
to "update" my acc. info when i noticed my aim email as the primary account with my gt. so i put in that e-mail and put in a password. which i guess changed the password for the original account. I was then able to login to ea with that aim account where i
noticed my gt was linked. So i then went back to battlelog where i was finally "allowed to login" so-to-speak. Sounds complex? Well it was an All day headache for me. Bottom line, link your gt to your ea account. Battlelog needs you to do this so it recognizes
your gt and can bring up your stats. I've always despised having to create new accounts on sites like EA and KONAMI. I'm sure i'll have the same trouble if Metal Gear ever comes out for xbox 360. Point of the entire bs story. REMEMBER YOUR E-MAILS AND PASSWORDS
BLUUUUUUUUUURGLE. (not to say there isn't an issue with battlelog...) p.s. there are technologies that recognise aim as the same thing as aol and automatically switches this during login. Not integrated at ea apparently.

If I use a memory card to transfer the account; do i need to put a password in when I put it in the new xbox?

go to recover gamer tag on new Xbox put in email and password and it shoud recover it you must now both email and password
