    Rewards not giving credit???

    I did the January survey and they said I would receive my points shortly but still haven't received them. Please have a look at my account

    Rewards not giving credit???

    It normally takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after taking a survey. There is a bit of a delay with this month's though. As long as the site shows you've completed the survey, you will receive the credits. If you still need support to look
    into it, you will need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

    Hello ON2U SA210,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
    However, your recent purchase of Halo Wars 2, while not eligible for MyVIP payback due to being a pre-order, was eligible for the Games on Demand offer, and awarded one punch. That offer requires three eligible purchases to complete and receive offer completion
    Credits.

    ye,it will prompt you if you have credit in your microsoft account that you could apply to your purches if using a credit card to begin with.
