    I have recently been having trouble with redeeming a code to getting minecraft windows 10 edition beta even though I have bought the full game. I am hoping to at least get a replacement code so I can actually get the full version of the game as i cant
    hold up with this any more. As i already have the PC/ MAC Edition, i should have a code (that works) to get minecraft windows 10 edition beta Thank you in advance.

    Yes, I have cleared the system cache and I have deleted the incomplete file in the hard disk and I still have the problem when downloading the game.

    What it seems like to me it could be a decline transaction. Have you contacted your financial institution or bank recently to make sure it was nothing on their end? If not contact them if you continue to keep getting this message contact phone support and
