Purchasing replacement parts?

Is there anywhere i can purchase replacement parts for an Elite controller? I've searched everywhere and cannot find the parts that i need. Its the joystick board, i've found boards for every other part of the system, but i cannot find any joystick boards.

Purchasing replacement power supply

Hello,

I placed an order for replacement power supply (Order number: SR# [Mod Removed].

I then received an e-mail from support for accessories exchange.

Is it possible that I just buy the replacement power supply for $350 instead of exchange?

There's something loose inside the power supply that when I shake it I hear the noise of small plastic thing knocking around, but otherwise the power supply is working OK. I just want to purchase a backup.

No, I have not received any charge. The e-mail instructs me to send the broken part in and they will send a replace within 3-5 days. But I just wanted purchase the part, not exchange it.

Xbox / Microsoft does not sell any component parts for the controllers. Only the removable tops for the joysticks and d-pad cover and the paddles too

The forum does not allow advice for self-repair on Xbox hardware (opening devices will void the warranty), and as such Microsoft does not offer individual internal components for sale.

All we can suggest here is to
send your controller in for repair, or look into replacing it entirely.

You cannot get them directly from microsoft but there are some repair shops (as microsoft support agent said) around that can sort you out or alternatively you can get spare parts from ebay or other sites.

However as you need basically the entire internals of your console you would be better paying to have it repaired through microsoft if out of warranty or buying a 2nd hand console.

Thanks for bringing your question to the forums. Unfortunately there is no way to buy the internal parts separately from Microsoft. Is the console under warranty, you may get it repaired that way if it is. Also if not in warranty you can try some third party
repair shops to try get it repaired. You can check if it in warranty at
Device support. An out of warranty repair may be cheaper also then buying a new one.
