Hi everyone ,

I have an importent qustion and hope to be answered .

Its about purchasing DLC's from XBL .

Q) If i puschase a season pass for a game through an xbox console

through account 1 .

is it possible for other accounts on the SAME CONSOLE to use

the same DLC for free ?

or each account has to purchase the same season pass dlc on

the same console separatly ?

You did read the cards when you bought them right ?

There is subscription cards and there is currency cards

Purchasing question

I have $30 on my account. This will be spent on 3-months of gold. When I got to buy it I need to enter my card info for billing. I'm guessing this is for renewal in 3-months. But when I try to choose my account for the payment option of this 3-months of
gold, it won't let me select it.

So now, before I buy it, I need to know if this will take from my account or the initial $25 will be taken straight from my card.

DLC purchased on an Xbox has a dual license. First it's licensed to the original gamertag that purchased it and cannot be transferred. Second it is also licensed to the original console that it was downloaded to that can only be transferred to a new console
through a license transfer.

Now, although the season pass cannot be transferred, the maps packs that are downloaded using it can be used by other accounts on the same console that they were downloaded to. If you wish to download those map packs to a different console you will need
to be signed in for other gamertags to use them on the secondary console.

You can't haven't you used online services before? You could never use currency cards for subscriptions that's why most services provide subscription cards

Or at least read the currency cards

if you read the prepaid ca rd it spells it out clearly

Dlc games and music and movies not subscriptions

You should've bought prepaid subscription cards if you wanted pay as you go service that's why they 'are for

If it's a microsoft.com purchase that looks like this then yes. That would be the same as the Xbox store. microsoftstore.com purchases
do not qualify.

This happened to me when I decided to play it while it was downloading. Maybe wait for it to finish installing or restart your Xbox

Yes, those purchases should qualify. However, keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to process new activity, so if you have made any recent purchases, it would be too soon to see them.
