Purchasing NBA2k19 ?

Hello, I purchased NBA 2k19 yesterday. The money was taken out of my account but I don't see the game and its telling me I have to pre order again. I need assistance. Is this common?

This might be related to the service alert, and if the order shows up in your Order History at account.microsoft.com under Payments & Billing, you should have access to it once the alert is cleared. Keep an eye on the latest details on the alert at xbox.com/status

The game is also not released yet; the Anniversary edition unlocks on the 7th with the regular non-anniversary edition being available on the 11th. Depending on the availability of pre-loading it would show up in your list of "Ready to Install", but not
be available to play or launch until it's released.

 

Thanks, Ive checked in the payments and billing section and I haven't seen anything new yet. I ordered the Anniversary edition so it should be available tonight but this has never happened while ordering a game in the past. I'm hoping for the best, that
it pops up ready to download because the funds were taken. Thanks for your feedback
