Purchasing Minecraft but payment not going through

What device are you trying to purchase it on?

Well, I'm trying to purchase Minecraft Windows 10 Edition so it should be on PC. But that's not really the case, whether I purchase it through mobile or PC, it's still gonna go through the Microsoft Store Payment Method and it seems like I can't use the
Gift Card Redeeming Method by redeeming Google Play Giftcards. I guess I just can't purchase and play Minecraft then, rip.

Try to see if the payment went through in your Microsoft account. You will have to go through your payment and billing > purchase history. If it's there then you will have to contact Xbox Support through the link given by the Xbox Ambassadors. Then just
give them all the information related to the purchase.
