Purchasing games with dlc

The DLC's that popped up in game had nothing to do if you purchased them or not. All the DLC is included in the Backward compatible version of the game. I own the game, and I got all the DLC with it, even though I never purchased the DLC.

We understand that you're having trouble purchasing DLCs for MX vs ATV Alive. To purchase DLCs for this game, there are two things you can try:

1. Search for the DLC you would like to purchase on Xbox Store. Once you see it, you can purchase that DLC, if it is not available, then you can try the other suggestion.
   
2. Purchase the DLC in-game store. You may search for the DLC inside the game or the store of the game. If you encounter issues upon purchasing the DLC, please reach out to the game support for assistance.

Are you playing on the account that purchased the DLC, or are you playing on a new account that is game sharing with the account that purchased the DlC? If you are Game sharing with your dads account or the account that bought the DlC. Then you wont be able
to use any of the DLC. Game sharing/ Homing only allows you to play another persons games. It will not allow you to play the DLC. If you are playing on the same account that previously purchased the DLC. You should be able to go to Fallout 4 in the store and
re download the DLC with out paying for it.

Weapon DLC would be the only type of DLC I'd purchase for this game.

If the base game is all working through game sharing, then unfortunately the publisher has made the DLC specific only to the purchaser of the DLC.

Some Publishers are not allowing some DLC to be shared, and they need to be purchased individually.
