    Purchasing games via Xbox store


    Do you have to be American to purchase games on the Xbox store?? I fill out my info until the state/province, and I'm Canadian, but only American states are selectable. Help

    Have you tried purchasing the game via the web store here- Games with Gold | Xbox Live.

    Do you see it as free? If so, purchase it for free via the web store and it should pop up in the ready to install section on your Xbox.

    Are you still experiencing purchasing issues? If so, could you try purchasing the game via the console store again?

    You certainly don't need to be American to purchase from the Xbox store, as I live in England and have had no trouble purchasing myself. If you're going through Xbox.com, perhaps you might need to check you location settings? At the bottom of the main
    page, there is a region located. Sometimes it may say United States, so you just need to click on it which will bring up all countries supported. Just click on Canada (English or French) and you will have access to the Canadian Xbox site.

    If it's via your console, again, check you settings to make sure the region is set to Canada.

    I didn't receive my fortnite pack

    anything via pc for fortnite needs to be purchased via epic store or in game, if you purchase off microsoft store then you need to log in via an xbox to sync. i would get a refund and then re purchase.

    you need to purchase via the game or epic store, not the windows store, now you have purchased via the windows store you need to load your account on an xbox to see it.

    anything to do with epic on pc is via epic and not the windows store.

    if you purchase via the microsoft store then you need to log into the xbox console version to use them, if on ps4 you need to purchase from the ps store, if on pc then you need to purchase from within the game or via epic store.

    As I understand it, you can only purchase Xbox 360 games via an Xbox One as part of a bundle. No individual Xbox 360 games can be purchased via the Xbox One store. Microsoft are looking to fix this issue soon.

    In the meantime, Xbox 360 games that are BC with the Xbox One can only be purchased either via the Xbox.com website the store on an Xbox 360. Note that purchases via Xbox.com can only be made with a Credit or Debit card, the website does not support account
    currency yet. This also applies to Games With Gold titles, even though they are free.
