Purchasing games or in game items

I was trying to purchase modern warfare two campaign remastered and every time I tried to purchase it I received the message “ Contact us at Microsoft support, we’re having trouble processing your payment and we like to get it sorted out.” Any help would
be appreciated

Did you attempt to make this purchase on Microsoft.com or your Xbox One console? If you haven’t tried on Microsoft.com, i’d give that a shot.

Just give it a few hours and check if the pre-order went through. Then try again if not.

The list of purchased and downloaded items appear in the my games and apps. You will see the list of items you purchased on the right of each category (games & apps).

Any purchased item is linked to the account. This includes games, DLC's and avatar items that you purchased.

Avatar items that were earned via gameplay may not be retrievable.

The Wavebreaker add-on is for in-game cosmetic items. It is linked to the Epic Games account it was purchased on, not necessarily your Microsoft account. Family sharing will not share the item with him.

If the item was not purchased on an Epic Games account linked to his Microsoft account, there is no way for him to use it on his Microsoft account.
