    Hi Lachlan_015!

    There are two ways too buy games for your Digital Only console.

    1. Buy it through the Microsoft Store: You can buy Fifa 2020 trough the Microsoft Store on the web or Console. Just head to the search button and type in "Fifa 20". After that, click on the game and purchase it.

    2. Buy a code/key. There are some retailers who offer digital codes. If you purchase one of them, scratch the bar and you should see a code appearing. You can fill in the code trough the Microsoft Store on Console or on the Internet.

    The game will appear in both cases on the Ready to Install tab in you're game library.

    Sorry to say but is not possible to cross-play between the Xbox Series X/S version of the game and the Xbox One version

    Xbox one players can only cross play with PS4 players :c
