Purchasing and Selling gamertags

This guy told me he was selling his gamertags, [mod removed]. Isn't that against the code of conduct?

All DLC that was purchased using an account that was banned is forfit upon the account being banned and cannot be accessed again.

If it was only your console that was banned and not the gamertag then you will be able to redownload the content again after purchasing a new console and doing a license transfer to that console.

Finally, if you are posting from the gamertag that you "purchased" from a friend be aware that it is only a matter of time before that tag does get banned as the purchasing/selling of gamertags is also against the ToU and CoC.

console 2 was the purchasing console for ep 1 the gamertags on console 2 can use it but on console 1 only if the gamertag that purchased it is signed into live on that console

for console 1 was the purchasing console for esp 2 the gamertags can all use the content however on console 2 the purchasing gamertag has to be signed into live at all times

the purchasing gamertag if signed into live on another console of course the content is already purchased but you need to be signed into live at all times

i'm not sure how your set up where your purchasing gamertag and on which profile

please explain what the purchasing gamertag is say gamertag A and which console it is on

also if the purchasing gamertag B lets say purchased ep 2 and which console it is on

content is associated with the individual accounts

i assume the primary is the only that purchased it

howeever the primary can only exist in 1 location

 

I'd recommend you stay away from him. Against the CoC or not against it, you might get scammed.

 

Yes, the selling of Gamertags violates the CoC. You should report the player via the console's reporting functionality and it will get looked into, and action taken where necessary.

However, please not it is also against the CoC to be calling out users on the forums for alleged infractions. Reporting via the console is the best course of action to take.
