    Hi, i live in Egypt and i got my Xbox One from America.

    i want to ask if i can buy games online from the store and download it to the xbox directly, because when i fill up the information of the billing address there is only the US cities in the list, i dont now if it is necessary to put the write exact address
    or not.

    should i put any random address ? i didnt try to buy games online before and i dont now how it goes...

    hi echo21,thanks for replying...but the settings under family i put code. ..now the thing is i don't remember the code that i put. i tried to reset the code but i don't remember either the answer on the question.. what am i suppose to do?

    Im Using www.Entropay.com for the card and I Have £34 on it and the game needs £29.99 I Have Tried Loads of times with 3 different cards help Please?

    Purchasing a game

    Your billing,actual & account info must all match otherwise you will have no end of issues with digital content.

    The problem is that Egypt is not an xbox live supported country so there's not much you can do.

    You would be better off buying disc based games but remember the online features probably wont work.

    I contacted xbox support, and they said it refunded me and it just hasn't processed it yet. so it just got an error when i purchased it and i didn't know they had refunded me yet.

    Whenever you buy from the store you will get an email confirming your purchase, Have you got one?

    As it now fully installed and have you tried to play it.

    Also there is a service alert which could be the problem.
