Discus and support Purchases were supposed to be double before Jan 7 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I thought we were supposed to receive double amounts of keys or coins, etc. if we purchased any before January 7, 2018....     Purchases were supposed to be double before Jan 7


    I thought we were supposed to receive double amounts of keys or coins, etc. if we purchased any before January 7, 2018.

    Dark souls code

    1.) Yes. It's supposed to be given about 7-10 days after purchase although it's been delayed lately, but it's still supposed to go out before Dark Souls 3 is released.

    2.) It's for the 360 version which will be backwards compatible. There is no Xbox One version of Dark Souls 1.

    Well, I'm at 7 years, so I'm sure you were talking about me there. ;)

    It's actually supposed to be higher though, as I was on XBL on the OXB, but cancelled and renewed shortly before the release of the XB360.

    You want to edit your screenshot as you don't really want to be highlighting your name and address on a public forum

    As has been mentioned before, it usually take 5-7 Business (Monday to Friday) days for refunded money to appear on your payment card so, if you refunded it on the 1st, then it 5-7 business days would be 6th Jan to 10th Jan. Sometimes it appears sooner, sometimes longer...just need to be patient

    I also think Forza Motorsport 7 should be added, I am unsure why it hasn't been added yet as exclusives were supposed to be a part of gamepass, but perhaps its due to the game releasing before gamepass.
