    Purchases were made on my discover card that I did not authorize


    There were purchases made on my discover card that I did not authorize and I want my money back. Please help me

    If that's the case, you may need to reach out to your bank to dispute the charges as it can be a fraudulent charge.

    Kindly check via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders if you will be able to see the transactions that were made. If yes, simply sign in to https://xbox.com/refunds to request a refund.

    If not, you may need to check other possible Microsoft account that you may have used.

    I have checked mine and my son’s and both of them do not have the transactions on them, but my credit card still has them on it
