    I purchased an xbox one s on the microsoft website but it didn't give me the option to input the reward code for the 50,000 reward points. Can i still get the rewards

    not getting credit for one game I think its For Honor

    Hello Deaven4,

    We can only Reward purchases made while being a Rewards member. Since your purchase of For Honor was made outside the Rewards program, we cannot Reward that purchase.

    Only purchases made in your Rewards Account region's currency are eligible for Rewards. Since you have been purchasing with Canadian dollars, and your account was a US Rewards Account, those purchases were not eligible for Rewards. Your purchases since enrolling
    as a Canadian Rewards member on June 5th are the only purchases eligible for Rewards.

    Purchases reward problem

    The code is only to offset the price of expedited shipping and is not necessary to receive the credits. The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console ships.

    Only purchases made in your Rewards program region are eligible for Rewards. Since you made your purchases in a region outside of your Rewards Account region at the time, those purchases are not eligible for Rewards.

    As above the Rewards Team are the only ones that can help.

    The problem is that you didn't activate the Punch Card before purchase as it says on the punch card..therefore the system wouldn't register the purchase properly.
