    Purchases on the Web go to my old console


    I recently upgraded my 360 to an E model console. I kept the same hard drive from the old console and put it in the new one. I then did the license transfer to update my licenses for the new console. However, every time I buy something on the Xbox website,
    it still sends it to my old console. When I sign in on the new console, I get a message in my download queue that says "assigned to another console."

    What can I do about this?

    I can purchase stuff from marketplace web site, but the console says "credit card info unavailable"

    SAme error when I go to "manage payment options" on console... error

    i bought the destiny expansion pack yesterday on the web but when I go to the xbox console to download the game it is insisting I buy it again. I would have thought there would be some sort of sync between purchases on the web and the console. What do I

    Queue a download on the website. Then on the console go to your active downloads and select the download by pressing A. Then choose "Download All Items". You shouldn't get that message anymore after that.

    Do as Smwutches says.

    It is because the system still treats your old console as the active one. By choosing 'Download all items' you make your new console the 'active' one. Henceforth anything queued from the web will go straight to the new console and will not appear as assigned
    to another console.

    Hi All

    I've just purchased some old arcade games, all 360 games, via the web UI on my PC, expecting to be able then install them on my Xbox One. When I try to use the download link from the web UI however it tells me it can't initiate the download because the install
    queue is full, which it is not, it's completely empty.

    I can't find these games via the store when I go in through the console, so I'm not sure how I'm supposed to install them.

    So currently I've just paid $35 for games I can't install.

    Any ideas on how to get them onto my console?

    I think I finally found the answer. Microsoft changed from using points to using actual money back in 2013. All of the history of purchases made with points is lost on the new web site. Only the purchase of points remains. The old web site showed everything
    fine. Unfortunately, I didn't save a copy of the old site before it was destroyed. It is sad to see the support for the 360 waning. I enjoy playing my library of games on all three generations of Xboxes.
