Purchases not tracking - RoboRewards

Hi

I bought the following as part of the RoboRewards:

Lego Stars Wars - Force Awakens

Recore

Star Wars Battlefront

But nothing was tracked and I'm still at 0%. It's also hasn't counted the achievements I've gotten in Lego Star wars.

Wrong MyVIP deposited?

Hi Charlong. Smwutches is correct. Since your purchase went towards the RoboRewards offer, it did not qualify for MyVIP payback. To have earned Credits on it, you needed to complete the offer.

Not getting my credit, one week after purchase

Recore would count towards the RoboRewards offer, but is not enough on it's own to meet the price requirement. You would need to purchase enough to meet the requirement ($59.99) to complete level 1 and receive credits.

Hello Raglan Lads,

You are registered as a Great Britain Rewards Member. Therefore, only your purchases made in GBP are eligible for Rewards. Purchases made with a different regional currency are not eligible.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

in order to receive credits for achievements, they have to be part of a specific offer on the site, like the current RoboRewards offer. You have to first purchase an eligible game for the offer and then earn a set number of achievements in that game.

Achievements only earn rewards if they are part of a specific offer on the site, like the current RoboRewards offers. In order to receive credits, you have to first purchase a game(Or games) that is eligible for that offer and then earn a set amount of achievements
for that game.

Otherwise, you don't earn credits for achievements.
