We see that your purchases have increased your progress, and that your eligible purchases match your progress. Keep in mind that purchases can take up to 96 hours to be processed. There is not a publicly available phone contact for Xbox Live Rewards.

Since you have not made 300 EUR in eligible purchases, you are not eligible for MyVIP payback, since you do not have any MyVIP stars.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

There are no offers to reward Xbox Live Gold renewals. If you are still seeing any offers for that, let us know. There is an offer for Robo Rewards Achievements, but that is only for purchases made to complete the purchase offer of Robo Rewards.

We do not award Achievements as part of a special offer, nor do we award Gold Renewals or gift card purchases. Additionally, you are not even a Xbox Live Rewards member, and therefore are not eligible for any Rewards Credits.
