    Rewards mission

    I was wondering why the rewards credits are not showing up in my account for the rewards mission. I spent $60 before tax like the mission explains. The credits are not showing as pending. I feel that any purchase should get rewards points.

    Xbox rewards - purchases not showing up

    So in the last week I have purchased Rocket League and renewed my live through xbox dashboard. Yet on my rewards profile it hasn't logged on my vip status tat I have purchased anything.

    This is quite annoying as I can't earn money back... Any help guys....I was a vip before then when it was updated I lost everything purchases not showing up in rewards statement :(

    Hello KHR1977,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
    program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you were a zero star member, you did not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Since you recently obtained your first star, you can expect payback for your eligible purchases this month to be placed as pending halfway through the following month (January).

    Hello ReddythePheonix,

    Since those Credits have been deposited, they will no longer show up in the default "pending credits" view for the MyStatement. You will have to change it to one of the older views (3 month, lifetime) in order to see this event, since a deposit is not classified
    as a pending Credit event.
