    I purchased the X-Men movies back on November 22 as to get the reward credits for a mission in the rewards program (it was called something like, "got to get them all"). The reward was 5000 credits for every movie purchased and i bought 6 of them. I waited
    patiently for the purchases to show up on the mission status page and they never did. No the mission has ended and i am without my rewards.

    Hi Ironspartan. To qualify for the offer, you had to purchase the movies individually as listed on the offer page. Bundles do not qualify.

    Preorder is not showing up in my missions

    Hi Bernhard. You are currently a DEU member in the Rewards Program. Your two purchases were made in a different currency and are not recognized by the program. For purchases to qualify for missions, they must be made in the same region as your Rewards locale.

    Xbox Rewards "My Missions" not showing that my purchase is counting towards the Summer Spotlight Mission.

    It does take about 96 hours for purchases to be recognized by the program. So a purchase from yesterday would not show up yet. But the program has been having issues tracking purchases for that offer and is working to fix it.

    As far as the Rewards aspect, ngocphi is correct. Since the program is tied to your account, it recognizes purchases you make on the dashboard as well as on the website. So there shouldn't be an issue there.

    But keep in mind that the program is shut down until September 1. So you wouldn't be rewarded for any purchases made this month.
