    Thursday my bank called me with a fraud alert someone used my card to make 8 purchases. Upon further investigation it seemed someone accessed my microsoft account info and used my card to make these purchases, Ive talked to 3 agents they all gave me the same link to the xbox refund page, how ever when the option 'unknown person' for who made these purchases is chosen you cant continue with the refund instead it takes you to the security page, so I tried to pick a differnt option but in details i put what happened, now I get an email denying all refund request. Someone spent over $200 and wiped out my bank account and I cant get that money back. When I called an agent again she said i could reply to the email with the refund status but thats done nothing to help me.

    What am i supposed to do?

    i have all the order numbers i was told they were in game purchases for a game i dont even own, done directly through my microsoft account.

    If you haven't heard anything back from them after you replied the email, just wait a little more and they will get back to you. They have a lot of refund requests to analyze everyday but they will manually review your refund request one more time, rest assured.

    But if it is denied again, you will need to contact your financial institution. I'm sorry about that and I wish this turns out well for you!

    Have you replied to the emails about the refund denial and the refund team denied it again? If so, I would suggest you to contact your credit card company or bank and dispute the charges. Since you already explained the situation to Xbox support, your account will not be banned because of this.

    Unfortunately there is no other way to request a refund again besides replying to the refund denial email as Xbox support team does not handle refund requests, only the refund team.

    I'm really sorry about this situation. Feel free to ask back any questions you might have.

    Why was my refund request denied？

    I just purchased this DLC and realized I made a wrong purchase, I didn't even play the DLC and went straight for a refund, but the page just says refund denied.
