Purchases Gone Missing / Unable to Add New Purchases

The new add ons in the store have been an on again off again situation for weeks but as of yesterday it was gone completely. As for add ons ive purchased in the past, they work fine. I just cant shop for new add ons because the list/link is gone. Anyway,
i found a reddit and saw that others also are experiencing this. Hope you get it fixed soon, if you havent already and thanks for your suppprt.

That offer was for purchasing the Sunset Overdrive console and logging into it (making it your Home console) before Oct. 31. As well, the offer was randomly handed out to people and was not intended for every new purchaser.

Sorry if you missed out on that one but keep an eye on the Games with Gold program. Perhaps they'll add it in the future.

Because we'v been unable to purchase a movie or tv program thru XBox Live we have been missing out on benefits.

Sorry to hear about the purchasing issues, sometimes a quick power cycle of the console will resolve these kinds of problems. Try to power off your console by holding the power button for 10 seconds until it shuts off, then turn it back on and try again.
