    Purchases getting messed up and Microsoft is acting like they don't care


    So you know the whole Christmas sales off thing was going on and I really want NBA 2k21. So I tried to buy it was saying error so I switched cards. It went through but it charged my card twice. About 4 or 5 days later I realized it and contacted Microsoft
    live support they were asking for order numbers and bank statements. The purchase only showed once in my Microsoft order history but twice in my bank statement. The male/female proceeded to give me a link to attach a screenshot of my bank statement then like
    10 minutes later they told me that it was maybe off another account, but I told them that no other accounts had my cards on there and they had never made any purchases nor were one of them no longer on there. So after a 10 minute wait they responded and said
    that they would have to talk to me on live support I recently had broke my phone so I just told them nevermind. They are trying to beat around the bush they had all the evidence they needed and I had and still asked for more.
