An Xbox key is an Xbox key. As long as it works you're fine. Some of the ways the keys are obtained from the resellers can be a bit of grey area but this has no affect on the user. In order for the the codes to work, they have to exist on the Xbox Live system. They can't be 'hacked in' if that's what your thinking. You won't get banned.

How the website handles your order, payment details and other personal information is what you should be concerned about. Just browsing this site looks pretty safe. Very similar to CD-keys in fact. I would just do a little more research before you try them out,

No-one here can tell you if that particular website is genuine or not...you will need to do your own research (it seems genuine to me but I haven't looked much into it).

Would buying Microsoft products from there be legal? As long as the keys they provide are genuine keys, then, yes, it would be legal (much like buying a digital key from somewhere like Amazon, except it isn't a global name like Amazon of course)

Would it be fraud free? We can't tell you that. Buying a key from anywhere other than Microsoft carries a risk....some sites it is less of a risk than others. Personally, I would never buy a key from somewhere I didn't 100% trust but that's me.
