    hi.

    i have tried to purchase 2 planes from the marketplace for msfs2020.

    both times i used paypal in game and the purchase was made but the game says the purchase failed. yet if i try to by them again the game states i already own them, but they are not downloaded.

    one of the planes cost £7.49 and i tried this again using xbox app and that worked. but this means ive paid twice for it, once via paypal and once using my bank.

    the second plane cost £24.99. both are showing as flight credits on my microsoft account but i do not have the £24.99 plane.

    the game says i own it but it is not in game or downloaded to the game.

    can anyone assist as im not going to make anymore purchases until this is sorted.

    Charges for Borderlands 2 DLC w/ season pass?

    If you have the season pass for Borderlands 2 then you should get the downloads from the game menu and not from the marketplace or you will be charged.

    Unfortunately you will not be able to get a refund for this purchase.

    WHAT???? THE DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT ON THE MARKETPLACE IS THE SAME CONTENT AS THE IN-GAME STORE,THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS SUPPOSIDELY THAT IF YOU BUY THE SEASON PASS YOU DO NOT GET CHARGED IF YOU BUY THE DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT FROM THE IN-GAME STORE....BUT AGAIN

    SnickleFritzy69, your post says that the game is listed in your purchase history. Have you tried the redownload option from that list to add it to your console's download queue? Even if the game's marketplace listing is displaying a price, if you redownload
    something from your purchase/download history, you will not be charged.

    Hi guys. So i've recently also wanted to copy over my MSFS2020 from my PC to my laptop and followed the instructions posted by DeckedBeret1566. I have copied the 'Official' and 'Community' folder from my PC (D:\Games\MSFS2020) to my laptop (C:\Games\MSFS2020).
    However when I select (C:\Games\MSFS2020) in the installer, it proceeds to download the entire game from scratch. Perhaps I am missing something?
