Purchases from January not credited?

Hello, I made several purchases over the month of January but have not seen those purchases credited toward my account. Could you please look into this.

Have not been recieving Rewards Credits for purchases?

My purchases were not special promotions. I had purchased a few games January 22 - January 24 2017 and have not received credits for those purchases that go into my Xbox Live Rewards Savings Account.

Bought Monster Hunter directly from my X box on 26.January 2018

 

If they were MyVip eligible purchases, and you have at least 1 Star, then those are calculated at the end of the month and deposited in the middle of the following month (so around Feb 15th).

If the purchases were non-MyVip eligible then they may have applied toward a running promotion which needs to be completed in order to receive credits.

The reward team will review you account and reply to you here. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and take 1-2 business days to reply (they do not work weekends).

 

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from?

Keep in mind that if you're looking for VIP rebates, rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month, so it would be too early to see credits pending for January purchases.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated January's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
